In season 2, episode 13 of MUD BETWEEN YOUR TOES, CONVERSATIONS WITH SARAH FOX. Sarah is the co-founder of VIVA LILY and has been instrumental in introducing the menstrual cup to thousands of women in Zimbabwe, many living on remote parts of the country.
I had never heard about the menstrual cup before and I felt that I needed to find out what all the fuss is about.
